Meet Our Founder: Chip Jones
Chip Jones is a seasoned development and project management leader with more than 40 years of experience in engineering, land development, and housing projects. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of the Pacific and has held leadership roles with organizations including the Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin, Grupe Communities, Kimball Hill Homes, Suncal Communities, Siegfried Engineering, and Sanguinetti Engineering.
Throughout his career, Chip has helped deliver a wide range of housing developments, including residential communities, affordable and supportive housing, office-to-housing conversions, and redevelopment projects across Northern California. Known for his technical expertise and strong relationships with local agencies and partners, Chip brings a clear and reliable approach to every project through the Design. Develop. Deliver. process.
